Returns, Replacement and Warranty Policy

Guidelines for reporting faults, requesting replacements and processing eligible returns on KUNAC Systems supplied products.

1. Return Window

Return requests should be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery for incorrect, damaged or defective items. Requests outside this period are evaluated under manufacturer warranty terms.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

Products must be returned in original condition, with complete accessories and packaging where applicable. Software licenses and specially ordered items may be non-returnable unless faulty.

3. Fault Reporting

To start a return or replacement, provide invoice details, product serial number, and a brief fault description. Our technical team may perform troubleshooting before approval.

4. Replacement and Refunds

Approved cases are resolved by replacement, repair, credit note, or refund depending on product category, warranty status and supplier terms.

5. Warranty Handling

Warranty periods vary by manufacturer. KUNAC Systems facilitates warranty claims and communicates turnaround times throughout the process.
