Orders are reviewed during business hours and confirmed by our sales team. Processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation.
2. Delivery Coverage
Standard delivery is available across major cities and towns in Zimbabwe. Regional deliveries are handled case by case depending on logistics and customs requirements.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on stock location and destination. In-stock products are generally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after processing. Custom or special-order items may take longer.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are provided on quotation or invoice based on destination, package dimensions and handling requirements.
5. Delivery Verification
Recipients may be required to sign proof of delivery. Please inspect packages at receipt and report any visible damage immediately.
